Athletic Clearance:
All forms and the clearance process will be taken care of online. Simply go to the Baldwinsville Athletics website and click on “Sports Sign Up”. From there you will find step by step instructions to sign into FamilyID to complete this process. (See packet from athletic dept. for more information)
JV and Varsity Registration: Opens – Saturday, July 25, 2020

Summer Camp:
Camp for athletes entering 7th-12th grade will take place in July 2020 from 8:00am - 11:00am. See our website and flyer for information.
*There is also a youth camp for girls in grades 3-5 that same week. Spread the word.
**Tuesdays With Coach** Students entering 7 - 12
Tuesdays - Please see the Tuesdays with Coach under the Clinics, Camps and Tounraments Tab. A training session with the coaching staff for players of all levels. Focus will be on fitness, agility and stick skills. It is highly recommended that players attend in order to prepare for season. Check the website for updates.

Goals for preseason:
Run continuously for 40 minutes
1 Mile Run - between 6:00 -8:00 minutes
20/40’s - 12 completed
Modified Tryouts:

Tryouts run for 3 days and when the team is made practices will begin afterschool.
-Players at ray would wait in the sports study hall after school and players at durgee would ride the shuttle bus over.
Schedules and important team information will be given out after tryouts are completed.
Always come to practice with:
-Water
-Shin guards
-Mouth guards
-Goggles
-Stick
-Sneakers and cleats! (both everyday)
-Proper clothing for weather and a plastic bag in case of rain
